Baby Emergency First Aid Workshop
Dealing with an emergency when it is your own baby is probably one of the most daunting situations to be in. Our 2-hour workshops are designed to give you the skill set to be confident with any first aid for your little ones.
Our baby workshop focuses on first aid injuries and illnesses in children under one year. (Please see the Emergency Child First Aid or Basic Life Support for workshops on older children and adults).
The workshop covers the following:
- CPR
- Recovery
- Choking and Small Objects
- Febrile Convulsion
- Seizures
- Common Illnesses and Injuries in Babies
- First Aid Kits

Assessment and Qualifications:
Continuous observation with practical and theoretical assessments throughout. You’ll receive a certificate of participation upon completion.
Cost: £25 Per Person
Or £250 for up to 12 people

Delegate Numbers:
There is a maximum of 12 delegates per course.
Apparatus used:
We use Laerdal Anne dolls – adult, child and baby, AEDs, bandages, Auto Injectors, slings, face sheilds, First Aid kits, plasters, tweezers, choking vests, gloves, manikin wipes, blankets, floor mats, ice packs
Infection control:
We have put in place extensive measures to ensure that our clients will be safe during our training and that together we stop the spread.
Refresher:
It is recommended to refresh the training once a year. Please see our other workshops. As your child grows up we can offer sessions for older children.
Duration:
This is a 2-hour workshop.
Breaks:
You’ll have one 15 minute break during the session.
